Naomi Koh Belic

Naomi is an active researcher, science communicator and university educator. She is finishing her PhD at the University of Technology Sydney late 2019 and will be pursuing a postdoctoral position in 2020.

Naomi is being awarded her PhD from the University of Technology Sydney where she studies stem cells and teaches a broad range of subjects as a lecturer, workshop curator and lead laboratory demonstrator. Her research is predominantly focussed on the proteomic characterisation of adipose stem cells.

 
 
 
 

Naomi is a scientist and communications specialist passionate about making science accessible. She has been featured as an expert biologist on both Discovery Channel and ABC. She’s given a variety of live presentations, including Sydney Science Festival, FameLab, Ampify Ignite and Pint of Science.
