Naomi is a communications specialist passionate about making science accessible. She has been featured as an expert biologist on Discovery Channel and hosted a series with ABC. She’s given a variety of live presentations, including Sydney Science Festival, FameLab, Amplify Ignite and Pint of Science.
Academia
Naomi was awarded her PhD from the University of Technology Sydney where she studied stem cells and taught a broad range of subjects as a lecturer, workshop curator and lead laboratory demonstrator. She was also a Senior Research Development Officer at the University of Sydney where she specialised in providing strategic advice for health and medical research.
